2. General Conditions & Eligibility

A contract between you and Kurque Foursel is formed only when we dispatch your order and transmit a formal Dispatch Confirmation email containing the details of the items sent. Prior to this point, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Product Presentation, Specifications & Accuracy

We take exceptional care to present our luxury menswear with absolute fidelity:

Photographs, fabric descriptions, and colour representations are captured to reflect the authentic texture and tone of each garment. However, subtle variations may occur depending on your display device's colour calibration.
All measurements and tailoring specifications provided in our sizing guides are approximate and designed to assist you in selecting your optimal fit.
We reserve the right to discontinue any piece or adjust specifications without prior notice, provided such changes do not affect orders already confirmed and dispatched.

4. Pricing & Payment

Currency & VAT: All prices displayed on kurquefoursel.store are stated in Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) and are inclusive of United Kingdom Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate, unless explicitly indicated otherwise.
Price Adjustments: Delivery charges are stated clearly during the checkout process prior to final payment submission.

5. Passing of Risk & Title

In accordance with Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

The risk of loss of, or damage to, the goods remains entirely with Kurque Foursel until the physical goods have been delivered into the hands of you or a nominated third party acting on your behalf (other than the carrier).
Title and ownership of the goods pass to you only once Kurque Foursel has received full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including applicable delivery fees, and the products have been delivered.

6. Statutory Cancellation & Returns

Your rights to cancel and return purchases are governed in detail by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms:

Statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you hold the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day after receipt of the goods without providing any reason.
Consumer Rights Act 2015: All pieces supplied must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. In the unlikely event an item arrives faulty, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kurque Foursel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or items purchased, including loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational damage.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, along with any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or goods, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your purchase from Kurque Foursel shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (without prejudice to any statutory rights you may enjoy as a resident of Scotland or Northern Ireland to bring proceedings in your local courts).
